8.1. The board of directors shall, on request or on its own initiative, send the information obtained by the professional inspection committee or a syndic to the council of physicians, dentists and pharmacists or to the council of physicians, dentists, pharmacists and midwives, as applicable, of the institution to which a pharmacist contemplated in an inquiry is attached, that it believes useful to the exercise of the functions of the council.
