L-4.1 - Act respecting electoral lists

123. (1)  Subject to section 118, immediately after the end of the annual enumeration, the returning officer must, if possible, have the lists printed in accordance with the model supplied by the director general of elections or, with his permission, have them mimeographed or copied.
(2)  A list mimeographed or copied in accordance with this section is deemed printed.
Each printed list must bear the name and address of the printer and, if possible, give the address of the polling station.

If the enumeration takes place during the election period, the returning-officer must, if possible, before the end of the third week preceding that of the polling, have the lists printed in accordance with the model supplied by the director general of elections or, with his permission, have them mimeographed or copied.
(2)  A list mimeographed or copied in accordance with this section is deemed printed.
Each printed list must bear the name and address of the printer and, if possible, give the address of the polling station.
