Disposition versions
23. The secretary and the other members of the personnel of the agency shall be appointed in accordance with the staffing plan established by by-law of the agency.
Subject to the provisions of a collective agreement, the agency shall determine, by by-law, the standards and scales of remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of its personnel in accordance with the conditions defined by the Government.
23. The secretary and the other members of the personnel of the agency shall be appointed in accordance with the staffing plan established by regulation of the agency. The regulations shall, in addition, determine the mode of appointment of the members of the personnel, and the pay scales and rates, employment benefits and other conditions of employment of the personnel members.
The regulations must be submitted to the Government for approval.
