693. The qualifications for being eligible to vote for and to hold office as a member of the committee are
(a)  to be a resident of Category IA-N lands;
(b)  to be eighteen years of age or over;
(c)  not to be affected by legal incapacity, and
(d)  to be a Naskapi beneficiary.
