669. The school board may, by ordinance, establish training courses for teachers of Inuttituut, English and French, allowing the Inuit to be qualified as elementary and secondary school teachers and non-Inuits who are called upon to teach in schools of the school board to become familiar with the special needs of its clientele. Such courses may be given at schools of the school board or at any other place determined by the school board.
