620. Every person of full age who is a Canadian citizen shall be entitled to be entered on the list of electors if he has been domiciled or ordinarily resident in the territory of the municipality for at least 12 months before the date of the election.

620. Every person of full age who is a Canadian citizen shall be entitled to be entered on the list of electors if he has been domiciled or ordinarily resident in the municipality for at least 12 months before the date of the election.

620. Every natural person of full age and Canadian citizenship shall be entitled to be entered on the electoral list if he has been domiciled or ordinarily resident in the municipality for at least twelve months before the date of the election.
Corporations, commercial partnerships and associations shall also be entered on the electoral list if they have had their head office or principal place of business in the municipality for at least twelve months before the date of the election. They shall vote through a representative authorized for that purpose by a resolution of the board of directors, a copy whereof shall be filed at the office of the municipality within thirty days from the date of publication of the election notice.
