619. Every natural person entered on the list of electors in force and used at the poll and who is not affected during the preparation of the list of electors and at the time of voting by any disqualification contemplated by this Part, shall be entitled to vote at an election.

619. Every person, corporation, commercial partnership or association entered on the electoral list in force and used at the poll and, in the case of a natural person, not affected during the preparation of the electoral list and at the time of voting by any disqualification contemplated by this part, shall be entitled to vote at an election.
