614. The chairman of the executive committee must devote all his time to the service of the school board and shall not have any other remunerative employment or occupation or hold any other public office, except as member of the education committee of the municipality which he represents or as regional councillor. The chairman of the executive committee shall be entitled to the remuneration fixed by the Government.

614. During the first five years following the first election of the commissioners, and afterwards if deemed necessary after prior consultation between the Minister and the school board, the president of the executive committee must devote all his time to the service of the school board, and shall not have any other remunerative employment or occupation or hold any other public office, except as member of the education committee of the municipality which he represents or as regional councillor. The president of the executive committee shall be entitled to the remuneration fixed by the Government.
