581. The commissioners’ term of office shall be three years; three of the first commissioners elected shall serve for one year and three for two years; the first commissioners having such abbreviated terms of office shall be designated by the drawing of lots at the first meeting of the school board.

The commissioners’ term of office shall be three years; three of the first commissioners elected shall serve for one year and three for two years; the first commissioners having such abbreviated terms of office shall be designated by the drawing of lots at the first meeting of the school board.
If during his term of office the commissioner designated by the Cree Native party loses his office as a member of the Cree Native party, the Cree Native party shall appoint another commissioner for the remainder of the term of such disqualified commissioner.
