576. Every child shall be entitled to receive moral and religious instruction in accordance with a program approved by a clergyman or priest serving the community. Any child, upon request of his parents for reasons of conscience, shall be exempted from such moral and religious instruction.

Every child shall be entitled to receive moral and religious instruction in accordance with a programme approved by a clergyman or priest serving the community and by the Protestant or by the Catholic Committee of the Conseil supérieur de l’éducation. Any child, upon request of his parents for reasons of conscience, shall be exempted from such moral and religious instruction.
