36. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no recourse provided in articles 33 and 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Bureau de révision or against one of its members acting in his official capacity.
A judge of the Court of Appeal, upon motion, may annul summarily any judgment, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to this section.
