34. The provincial committee shall consist of the following persons:
(a)  not more than ten persons chosen from among the directors of each of the commissions to represent the employees of the sectors of industry and services;
(b)  not more than ten persons chosen from among the directors of each of the commissions to represent the employers of the sectors of industry and services;
(c)  a representative of the Ministère de la Main-d’oeuvre, de la Sécurité du revenu et de la Formation professionnelle;
(d)  a representative of the Ministère de l’Éducation;
(e)  a representative of the Ministère de l’Industrie, du Commerce et de la Technologie;
(f)  a representative of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux;
(g)  a representative of the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Science.
The members mentioned in subparagraphs c to g shall take part in the proceedings but shall not be entitled to vote.
