6. (Repealed).

6. The first persons appointed under subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 4 may appoint two persons for not over one year to act as directors until the election of the persons contemplated in subparagraph 2 of that paragraph.
Upon the appointment of the directors contemplated in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of section 4, two duplicates of the list of their names, addresses and occupations must be filed with the enterprise registrar by the secretary general of the Fédération des travailleurs du Québec. These directors enter office from the date of the filing.
