59. From 16 December 1982, the Minister of Labour, the Minister of Manpower and Income Security and the Minister of Housing and Consumer Protection become, respectively, without continuance of suit, a party to every action to which the Minister of Labour, Manpower and Income Security was a party, relating to any Act, regulation, body or matter thenceforth under their jurisdiction.
