606. Every official representative of an authorized party who fails to keep, for seven years after the filing of a financial report, the receipts issued for contributions collected as well as the invoices, evidences of payment and vouchers for the period covered by the report or who fails to remit the receipts and vouchers to the chief electoral officer is guilty of an offence.

Every official representative of an authorized party who fails to keep, for two years from the filing of a financial report, the receipts issued for contributions collected during the period covered by the report or who fails to remit the receipts to the treasurer on request is guilty of an offence.
