3063. The court may order the cancellation of a registration effected without right or irregularly, or on the basis of a title that is null or that is irregular as to form or where the registered right has been annulled, resolved, resiliated or extinguished by prescription or otherwise.
Cancellation is also ordered where the immovable against which a declaration of family residence had been registered has ceased to be used for that purpose.
