3057. Cancellation arises from an entry made in the appropriate register to strike an earlier registration.
To cancel a registration in the land register, the entry is made in the register of mentions.

3057. Cancellation arises from an entry to strike an earlier registration from a register.
To cancel a registration in the land register, the entry is made in the register of mentions.

3057. Cancellation results from a registration which strikes a previous registration from the appropriate register. Unless otherwise provided by law, cancellation is obtained by presenting an application made in accordance with the rules applicable to the land register or the register of personal and movable real rights.
Cancellation is voluntary or, failing that, judicial; it may also be legal.
