3052. (Repealed).

3052. Advance registration of a judicial demand of a holder of an uncertain right, and registration of the uncertain right contemplated by the demand, are cancelled on the filing of a judgment declaring the suit perempted or the action rejected, or of another order requiring the registrar to make the cancellation, or of a certificate from the clerk attesting that the action has been discontinued.
