3048. (Repealed).
1991, c. 64, a. 3048; 2000, c. 42, s. 73.
3048. The updating report of rights affecting an immovable is made by notarial act en minute and in accordance with the standards prescribed by regulation.
In preparing the report, the notary is bound to verify all published rights which affect the immovable, examine the location certificate, if any, and verify, as far as possible, the capacity of the parties to the acts registered against the immovable.
