3046. (Repealed).
1991, c. 64, a. 3046; 2000, c. 42, s. 73.
3046. The deposit of a plan giving rise to the opening of a land file requires the carry-over of the rights affecting the new lot.
The registrar carries over the rights, in accordance with a report updating the land file of the lot or with a judgment determining the rights affecting the immovable.
Rights which are not so carried over to the land file are extinguished.
