3005. A summary certified by a notary may set forth the lot number assigned to the immovable in which the right is held in the cadastre or the original survey, or the number of the land file under a serial number with, if applicable, a description of the immovable by metes and bounds, or may state the geographic coordinates or the plane rectangular coordinates by which the immovable may be described, even if such information does not appear in the document summarized.
A summary certified by an advocate or a notary may include, even if the act contains no mention thereof, the name of the municipality or registration division in which the immovable is situated as well as the declarations required by law for certain transfers of immovables.

The amendment to this article by section 43 of chapter 42 of the statutes of 2000 is not in force where it deals with the information referred to in this article on the geodesic reference and geographic coordinates making it possible to describe an immovable. 3005. A summary certified by a notary may set forth the lot number or the number of the land file and, if any, the description by metes and bounds of the immovable where the right is exercised even if the number does not appear in the document summarized in the summary.
A summary certified by an advocate or a notary may include, even if the act contains no mention thereof, the date and place of birth of the persons named therein, as well as the declarations required by law for certain transfers of immovables.
