2262. The powers of the partners to act under the contract of undeclared partnership cease upon the termination of the contract, except as regards necessary consequences of dealings already begun.
However, anything done in the course of activities of the undeclared partnership by a partner unaware of the termination of the contract and acting in good faith binds all the partners as if the undeclared partnership continued to exist.
