1355. The duties of an administrator terminate upon his death, resignation or replacement, his becoming bankrupt, or tutorship to a person of full age being instituted or a protection mandate homologated for him.
The duties of an administrator are also terminated where the beneficiary becomes bankrupt or tutorship to a person of full age is instituted or a protection mandate homologated for him, if that affects the administered property.

The duties of an administrator are also terminated where the beneficiary becomes bankrupt or is placed under protective supervision, if that affects the administered property.
