761. A legacy made to the owner, a director, an operator, a person responsible or an employee of an institution, of another lodging facility or of a residence within the meaning of the laws relating to health and social services, or to a person who carries on remunerated or non-remunerated activities there, is without effect if it was made while the testator was receiving care or services there, unless the legatee is also the spouse or a close relative of the testator.
A legacy made to a member of a foster family while the testator was residing with that family is also without effect.

A legacy made to a member of a foster family while the testator was residing with that family is also without effect.
