42. Where a death occurs during an event to which the Civil Protection Act (chapter S-2.3) applies, the person in charge of response operations shall immediately inform a coroner.

42. Where a death occurs in a disaster within the meaning of the Act respecting the protection of persons and property in the event of disaster (chapter P-38.1), the person responsible for emergency measures shall immediately inform a coroner.
