40. Where a person dies while in the care of a foster family within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) or by a family-type resource within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2), the person in authority in the family shall immediately notify a coroner or a peace officer.

40.
