17. (Repealed).

17. A student in public accountancy is entitled to a registration certificate if he holds:
(a)  a degree in administration or in commerce awarded by a university of Québec; or
(b)  a diploma awarded by a university of Québec at the end of three full years of study after the candidate has obtained a diploma of college studies; or
(c)  another university degree considered equivalent by the Bureau; and
has complied with the formalities determined by the Bureau.
