254. The Minister may pay to the Transit Commission, out of the consolidated revenue fund, the sums necessary for the payment of 50% of the interest and of the repayment of the principal on the loans contracted by the Transit Commission to pay the cost of acquiring the moveable and immoveable property, the assets or the capital stock of any public transport undertaking which the Transit Commission is authorized to acquire under this act.
