219. The Transit Commission may establish a bureau for the examination of grievances in each municipality where it operates a public transport service.
For such purpose it shall designate not less than three nor more than five persons to meet at least once a month to hear any person using the public transport service who submits to it a grievance relating to such service.
The members of such bureau must make any recommendation they deem proper in the circumstances.
Any recommendation of the members of such bureau to the Commission des transports du Québec must be sent to the Minister of Transport forthwith.
