329. Any proceeding for an offence under this Act or a by-law, ordinance or resolution of the Council, executive committee or the Société de transport shall be instituted in accordance with the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1).

Proceedings for recovery the fines provided for in this act, the by-laws of the Community, the ordinances of the executive committee and the by-laws of the Commission de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal shall be instituted in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15) and Part II of such act shall apply to such proceedings.
