315. The clerk or secretary-treasurer of any municipality must forward to the Community, upon a request by the Community made by resolution of its Council or its executive committee, any document forming part of the records of such municipality or, if he so chooses, a certified true copy of any such document relating directly or indirectly to the exercise by the Community of any jurisdiction conferred upon it by this act.
