250. The officers of the Commission shall be the secretary, the treasurer or a secretary-treasurer and such other officers as the Commission may see fit to appoint.
Such officers shall perform the duties assigned to them by this act and those which may be assigned to them by the by-laws or resolutions of the Commission.
