200. The conditions of employment of the policemen who are not employees within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C-27), and their retirement plan, pension plan or pension fund, shall be established in accordance with paragraph f of section 179.
The conditions of employment of the other policemen, and their retirement plan, pension plan or pension fund, shall be established in accordance with section 199.
