193. If the director is dismissed, dies, resigns or becomes permanently unable to act, he shall be replaced in the manner provided in section 190.
If the director is temporarily absent or temporarily unable to act, the Government, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, shall designate a person to temporarily exercise the functions of the director.
