192. Notwithstanding sections 106, 107 and 108, the Government shall not dismiss the director except on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, who shall previously consult with the Security Council, which, for that purpose, shall hear the director.
The Minister of Justive may, if he considers it necessary, request the Police Commission to hold an inquiry before submitting his recommendation.
