7. Every local corporation has all the powers required to acquire, construct and equip immovables in the municipality which may be leased or disposed of by onerous title, in all or in part, for the benefit of a public establishment within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-5) or for the benefit of the Corporation d’hébergement du Québec.
To be valid and binding on the corporation and on the establishment, the lease or, as the case may be, the deed of conveyance must be previously approved by the Commission municipale du Québec.
