193. The suit under the authority of article 192 shall be taken on the authorization of the Minister of Municipal Affairs by the Attorney General before a justice of the peace, a judge of the sessions, or a judge of the Provincial Court, and shall be governed by Part I of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15).
