135. The meeting of the board of delegates is convened, upon a requisition in writing, by two members of the board, or by the secretary-treasurer of one of the county corporations.
Such meeting is convened and held in the same manner as a special sitting of a county council.
The place where such meeting is held is selected by those who convene the same.
