1127. If any immovable advertised to be sold by the sheriff under the authority of this Title, is advertised to be sold on the same day by the secretary-treasurer of the county, the latter cannot sell the immovable, but must forthwith transmit to the sheriff a statement of his claim and costs, which must be added to the amount claimed by the sheriff, and be levied by him at the same time as such amount.
