1113. Whenever a copy of a judgment condemning a corporation to pay a sum of money has been served at the office of such corporation, the secretary-treasurer must forthwith pay the amount thereof out of the funds at his disposal, on the authorization of the council or of the head of the council in accordance with article 204.
