946. An arbitration award cannot be put into compulsory execution until it has been homologated.

946. The arbitrators cannot withdraw without serious reason, if their operations have begun.
They can only be recused for a ground of recusation of a judge, which has arisen or been discovered since the submission. The declaration of recusation is filed in the office of the court having jurisdiction to rule on the object of the submission, and is served upon the arbitrators within the three days next following; a recusation is proposed by motion to a judge of the court.
