979. At the hearing, the defendant or any impleaded party may present any grounds of contestation or propose terms and conditions of payment.

979. Unless judgment is rendered in open court in the presence of the parties, the clerk transmits to each of the parties a copy of the judgment as soon as it is rendered.
The copy of the judgment is certified by the clerk and the original is kept in the office of the court.
