645.2. Every person who contravenes any provision of the Regulation respecting snowmobiles (R.R.Q., 1981, chapter C-24, r. 21) adopted under the Highway Code (chapter C-24) and maintained in force by virtue of section 672 of this Code is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $100 to $200.
