582. (Repealed).

582. Failure to give a preliminary notice may in no case be invoked against the prosecuting party. However, if a defendant, on appearance, pleads guilty and then proves that the notice was not given to him, he cannot be condemned to pay a higher amount than he would have had to pay pursuant to a notice.
