No application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised nor any injunction granted against the Société, one of its members or a person designated under section 17.1 of the Act respecting the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (chapter S-11.011), acting in their official capacity.
