104. A transition committee composed of the members designated by the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy is hereby constituted, effective 20 December 2000. The number of members of the committee shall not be fewer than five nor more than seven.
The Minister shall designate a chair from among the committee members.
