10. No fee is exigible
(1)  for the registration of a hypothec granted under the Act respecting La Financière agricole du Québec (chapter L-0.1), the Act respecting the Société de financement agricole (chapter S-11.0101) or the Farm Credit Canada Act (S.C. 1993, c. 14). However, the application for registration must indicate that the grantor operates a farming business and must make reference to the Act under which the hypothec was granted;
(2)  for consultations in connection with such immovable hypothecs at the Land Registry Office or for consultations in connection with such movable hypothecs made in person at the Personal and Movable Real Rights Registry Office;
(3)  for the issue by the registrar of certified statements, of extracts or of copies of applications for registration that relate to such hypothecs.

(3)  for the issue by the registrar, either hand to hand, by regular mail or by electronic mail, of certified statements, extracts or copies of applications for registration that relate to such hypothecs.

(1)  for the registration of acts evidencing a loan, a line of credit or a special loan made under the Act respecting the Société de financement agricole (chapter S-11.0101) or a loan made under the Farm Credit Corporation Act (Statutes of Canada, 1993, chapter 14) or for the registration of address notices related thereto;
(2)  for searches made in registry offices for the purposes of such loans;
(3)  for the issue by a registrar, for the purposes of such loans, of certificates, extracts from or copies of the documents entered in the land register.

10. Sections 47, 48 and 49 of this act, shall not apply to the registration divisions coming within the provisions of this division.
