264. The following is substituted for section 7 of the Act respecting the ministère de l’Habitation et de la Protection du consommateur (chapter M-15.3):
“7. The Minister shall prepare policies connected with housing, consumer protection and building, and propose them to the Government; he shall coordinate the carrying out of such policies.
He is also responsible for the administration of statutes respecting housing, consumer protection, real estate brokerage and buildings.”.
