133. The delegated municipality may, with the consent of the Commission, enter into a written agreement with another municipality, regional or urban community or intermunicipal board.
Every regional county municipality, regional or urban community or intermunicipal board entering into an agreement in accordance with this section shall be considered a local municipality for the purposes of the application of this Act.
