33. Before suspending, revoking or refusing to modify or renew the licence of a centre, Santé Québec may order the centre to take the necessary corrective action within a specified period of time.
If the centre fails to comply with the order within the time specified, Santé Québec may suspend, revoke or refuse to modify or renew the licence.
Santé Québec must make public the decision to suspend, revoke or refuse to renew the licence of a centre for assisted procreation.
